How can I register?

Clik on the button 'Join', and fill in all the details. After that you will be linked to the same page, where you can log in with your player name and password.

I have lost my password and/or login details. What should I do?

In the login screen you can click on 'Lost your password?'. There you can request a new password, generated by the system, when you fill in your email address and player name. The password will be sent to you by email. You can then use the new password to log in, and when you have done that, you can change the password to a new one that you can remember more easily by clicking on the button 'Edit personal details.

Do I have to register again when I want to create multiple teams?

No, that is not necessary. When you click on the button 'Create a new team', you can make as many teams as you want.

If I wanted to change one of the registration details, how would I do that?

First, log in, and then click on 'Edit personal details'.

How can I create a new team?

First, click on the button 'My teams (create)' and then click on the button 'Create a new team'. Select the line-up of your new team, and then fill in your teams according to the game rules, and save it by clicking on the button 'Save this team'.

How can I change the name of the team?

Click in the field 'Name Team', remove the name that is there, and type a new one.

How can I confirm/save my team?

Click on the button 'Save this team'

How can I create a 2nd/3rd, etc. team?

Click on the button 'Create a new team'.

How can I find all my teams back?

On the my teams page you can see and change all your teams.

How can I see what my team looks like, after I have saved it?

When you click on the name of your team in de 'my teams' page, you can see all the details.

How can I pay my team(s)?

On the 'My teams' page there is a button 'Pay my teams'. When u click here, you can choose for payment by Paypal, or by wire transfer. Click on the button 'Pay your teams'. You are then linked to Paypal, or are given the details to do a wire transer.

Can I still change my teams after I have saved them?

Yes, you can do that on the 'My teams' page. You have to click on the text 'edit' behind the name of the team that you want to change. Do not forget, after you have changed the team, to click on the button 'Save this team'.

Until when can I edit my teams?

Until just before the start of the World Championship Soccer on June the 11th 16.00 hours CET.

Can I submit a team when I have not yet filled in everything?

No, this is not possible.

How can I stay logged in automatically?

Tick, after filling in your player name and password, the field 'Stay logged in'.

I do not receive a confirmation after I have registered. How can that be?

Changes are that your email address is not correct. Send us an email at info@soccerpoule.com, with your player name, then we can correct this for you.

Where can I find the rankings for my team(s)?

When you click on the button 'My teams', you can see the status of your teams straight away. When you are on that page, you can also click on the button 'Compare teams', and see the details per playing stage, but you can also compare your teams with other teams. You can also see your results by clicking on the button 'Rankings', and the button 'Show my own teams'. These options only work when you are loggin in!!

Where can I find the prizes?

You can find the link in the drop down menu option All about the game'.'

Where can I find the full program and the results?

Via the link All about the game' you can find the program/results sorted on date and time. It is also possible to filter on round.'

I miss a soccer player in the topscorer drop down list. What can I do?
